hello.... The promotion ends at the end of May so i kinda need some help ASAP

in most cases if you have obtained the game copy legitimately IE pre ordered and it was sent out early ect & you have a proof of sales receipt you should be ok playing it online

when i pre ordered halo reach i received it 3 days early and halo 4 i received it 2 days early

MS only ban people that have got it illegitimately IE piracy ect witch is against the TOS

i bought it on xbox live ms store just now, got the receipt showing that the purchase went through and money was taken out of microsoft credits yet it won't even give me a button to install it, the only option i get is to buy the game again? so incompetent

I've submitted 3 receipts in total and receive the $5 promo code twice. My wife has done a couple and both went through. A common area seems to be when people submitted multiple codes at same time. Until this issue is illuminated, I'd recommend submitting
any additional receipts one log in at a time. My failed receipt occurred when I won the scratch game on same log in. The issue seems to occur when one log in has to do more than one thing.
