    Hello dear Rewards-Team,

    i think i have an issue to earn reward points since this march. My last credit was in March (10% Payback).

    Can you check this problem for me and put the missed points on my account?

    I haven't receveied my rewards since march, no points have been added, I spent a s**tl**d of money in the xbox store since then

    Xbox Quest missing rewards, again

    I think it might just be laziness in hopes they don't have to pay out for participants , I've posted in here for every moth since September's rewards, and only skipped March since there was no reward for that one

    There is currently a delay with April's rebate as they fix another issue.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

    Thanks for posting! Rewards for Xbox Quests and Game Pass Quests are sent out in the following Month and continue to be sent out until the end of that following month. Since we still have a few more days left in March for rewards to come through, please
    post back here letting us know if you do not receive rewards by the end of March so we can take a deeper look.
