Hi all. recently i got my microsft account got hacked. I tried to sign in back but i didnt work. looks like hacker have changed the email address and get rid on my original email. And now i recreated a new account using the same email address. but the game licenses is gone. any ideas to get it back?

Sorry to hear about what happened. Just to confirm, your account's primary email address is a 3rd party email since you were able to create a new Microsoft account with it, correct?

Please be advised that your game data and licenses remain on your original account. There's no way it will automatically transfer to a different account. Technically, you have a different account but only using the previous email address of your original account.

To recover your account, you must know the current email address (hacker's email address) linked to your original account. You could try to reset its password through https://account.live.com/pw. If not successful, you may begin filling out the recovery form here https://account.live.com/acsr.
***Note: In recovery process, don't use your previous email address since it's already removed from your account. To recover the correct account, use the current email address which is the hacker's email address if you're asked to enter the account you're trying to recover.
In performing password reset, make sure that there's no account currently signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website.

y no there isn't, like 99% of software you must purchase it on every platform you intend to use it on or in this case also you can join game pass

If you do not have a purchase proof, there is no way to get Minecraft back. I say this because since you purchased it using a Mojang account, Mojang is responsible for your game license. And since you cannot prove you own the game, Mojang will not give you the game license back. I'm really sorry about this.

And if you can sign in to the Minecraft website with your old Mojang account, the account has not been migrated.

after completing the license transfer did you re-download minecraft to update the licenses. Try deleting minecraft and downloading it again. That should hopefully update the licenses.

If it's only Minecraft it means that it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that is for Xbox only, the license of Minecraft Bedrock for PC is a different license. This is why we're experiencing the issue, xTCN123x.
