    Are you guys able to see xbox accounts based off the old username? Around 3 years ago my brother game shared with a friend by giving him my account password, his friend however gave the info to 3 other people and used my dads credit card, I was 17 at the time, and my stepfather accused me of it and didnt believe me so he took my console away and I wasnt able to go on it for 2 years, so the kids changed the gamer tag and took my account. i know its been a long time but i would be very grateful to have the account back. all i can remember is the email and old gamertag which the gamertag was Worriedbook5563

    You mention that you only have the Gamertag, so that you can recover your account, you should try to remember what the account is or follow the steps below to see if you can find the email you used for the account.

    a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.
