This 3 time a row these people has harass my account. But yet im getting blame for voice communication when my
[Mod Removed] mic doesnt even work. If xbox just going keep harassing wrong then Microsoft isnt a place for gamers

Best thing you can do is not respond. Block the individual and report them. This way you are not held accountable.

report and block, if you are getting harassed then do not respond via message because they can just report you.

The Xbox Enforcement check every report before issuing any suspensions. The Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

Enforcement.xbox.com

Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

If the suspention is only for 24 hours applying for a Case Review will not be available.

If you have been reported for communications your Text Messages can be reviewed if they have been reported

You shoudl really report this to enforcement.xbox.com

They can probably open a case and have a look at your issues.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.
(Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)

As previously stated by the Ambassadors, if you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.
(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)
