Get error code 807B01F7 when going through my download history on Xbox 360

Greetings,

I just got off the phone with a Microsoft rep who was just guessing and providing wrong information. Please, if you do not know the answer, please do not guess.

I am trying to re-download Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Magic the Gathering 2013 on my Xbox 360. Unfortunately, all games are delisted so I am unable to re-download them from the console or web version of the Xbox 360 Marketplace. I can only re-download them from the Xbox 360's download history. I have over 618 games and hundreds more add-ons. Therefore, my download history is really long. When I try scrolling through my entire download history to get to those 3 games from 10 years ago, the page times out and I get an error code of 807B01F7. I am unable to access my entire download history. Is there anyway I can download these purchased delisted games?

Again, please do not start guessing. The issue is not the games but the download history. Delisted games from the Marketplace are still accessible on the download history. I have access to these games on my Xbox One but I want them on my Xbox 360 too. Years ago, users had access to their Xbox 360 download history from the browser but that was removed.

I already turned off and on my Xbox 360. Disconnected and reconnected my internet. And redownload my profile.

Why don't you download the demo. Load it up. Then try to download the game from the demo, as sometimes it might say you own the full version.

Also another what loads of people have had, gtav, it's downloaded, still says disc is dirty, no disc in it, even with the disc, says the same, I did all online, just story and stuff to do. Also forza motorsport 4, I had two copies of the game, two 360s, both copies would not install on either console, so I got another in CEX, installed it, then used the other disc that wouldn't install, that's how I found out about the download list as I deleted stuff,. I'm gonna try gta5 again in a bit

It is finally working, I tried holding down, it got near the end, timed out, now it doesn't, tap r1 it goes to the bottom.

Yeah yesterday was worst day for me as could barely get anywhere without the error popping up.

I really hope they sort this, but not holding out many hopes.
