    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers doesn't work

Thanks for trying. Let's try the solution below.

Right-click the Windows Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
    Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following commands and press Enter:
    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page, and then select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Try to install or launch the game again.

Hi Jack! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here. Sorry to know about this issue. No worries, we will do our best now to get this sorted out.

Could you please check for your Windows updates if there are available updates you can install? If there's one, please install it. Then restart your computer. Once restarted, please open your Xbox app and wait. It should automatically install your gaming services.

-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers in windows powershell(administrator) not working.

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.

I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this Stuart

    Please try this:

Open a new powershell window as administrator (Press Windows key + X)

    Then type this command:

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Check first if your main issue has been resolved.

If not, run again the gaming services removal command:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    Finally restart the PC

    ---------

If you don't mind please tell me the main issue/context, in that way I can assist you properly

    Greetings

    Thanks for the update Stuart.

May I know if you are part from the Windows insider program / have an insider build in your PC?

Or, are you part from the Windows gaming program?

Check this last one downloading (or open) the Insider Hub app > Previews > Scroll down and below "Joined"
