Thank you for the update. What's the exact model of your device? You may do a web search for the model of your device and add audio drivers. You should be able to see the drivers, download and install it from the official website of the manufacturer.

All generic audio drivers should disappear after the installation.

I have an additional high definition audio device and I am experiencing a code 10 operation failed problem.
When I do troubleshooting,
it says generic audio detected.
Is that a problem with my generic audio or my high definition audio device driver?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have questions about generic audio detected from the Windows troubleshooter.

This means that the audio driver that you are using is the generic (built in) drivers from Windows. To fix this, you will have to download and install the correct audio drivers from your device manufacturer.

You may do a web search about the model of your device and look for the official audio drivers. Once installed, this error message should automatically disappear.
