    General: Volume & Audio output is glitched


    Whenever I connect my wireless headset when using Dolby atmos, after opening a game, it shows the boxes in gray in the volume & audio output tav, this is after the new layout update, have to restart to get it to show correctly again.

    Go to settings > General > Volume and audio output and check if audio is tv only

    When I go to setting my options are general, account, system, devices and streaming, preferences, ease of access.

    And optical audio is not an option in the general>volume and audio output settings

    It should be under Settings > General > Volume & Audio Output and be the first button on that page "Chat mixer"

    Does it not show there?

    What I would reccomend is go to Settings-General-Volume and Audio Output-Speaker Audio. Then make sure those options are set to Stereo Uncompressed. Here's hoping this might help!!! ;)

    Settings - General - Video and Audio - Party chat output - Headset.

    Besides this turning the volume down all the way on your Tv should solve the problem!
