    General Sound Problem in multiple Games


    Hi! I‘m having sound problems in several games (Skyrim/Elex/Immortals). They sound like the audio is digitally clipping. Though I have not yet made a video myself, this one on YouTube shows the exact problem:

    I think it is a known issue, because I am reading about it on many forums. It is definitely not caused by my TV or audio hardware. And I tried different wiring and cables.

    My question is: Is this a software issue that will be fixed or a hardware issue that needs a repair?

    The more I learn and read, it sounds like this issue might not even be Ubisoft's fault. Multiple games are having similar issues; it sounds like it's because they use Xbox Live leaderboards to store XP
    information and there's general issues with leaderboards right now

    And This is true what someone write in this threat because most games have this problem and this is not fault from so many different developers so please take care of it

    Right now there are multiple glitches with Dragonborn that can cause a lot of freezing and lagging. It dosen't sound like you have a problem with your game disc itself.

    I've had this problem for months and it's annoying. Done everything multiple times to no avail and Microsoft still in 3 years haven't done anything about it. Tried on multiple controllers with multiple headsets with multiple connectors and none of them work.
    Yet I can hear sound perfectly both game and chat. No way am I sending in my console for a replacement
