    I have removed the account to an external hard drive and the new account is on the actual console and it still says that there is a ban on the new one if nothing else can I just be refunded for the 3-month gold subscription I put on the new one

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues but your issue might be a console ban not account specific ban.
