Gen 5 Gooser Challenge Tips

Here are a few essential tips to help with the infamous Gen 5 Gooser Challenge

Regenerate challenges.

I agree the gooser challenge looks impossible. I do not have ONE yet. Anyone have any tips for when i get to that challenge?

 

Gooser challenge sucks ..that is all

I can't get a gooser to save my life. I've tried all the tips that I found online. this challenge is dumb.

 

1 - Don't use the Arc Cannon. Use the chain gun.

2 - Dont zoom in until you've located the pilot in the air, and he/she is near the peak of their ascent.

3 - It's far easier to hit them in that 1-2 second window when they're near the peak or just beginning to fall

4 - Maps with a dark sky make it easier to hit cloaked pilots. Don't give up looking just because he/cloaked. Look for the jet pack exhaust and you can still see them.

 

you shouldn't need tips for this challenge, you ONLY NEED 5. Heck I got that many by accident

 

5 wasn't hard to get with the chain gun. I feel bad for those who had to get 50 before the update.......

 

I can't wait for my turn. I'm at regen 4 and so far have been enjoying the challenges. It gives an interesting twist to just playing and prestiging like in cod. It makes you earn the regen and if you fail well then, you will stay at whatever regen you
can't finish up the challenges on. That way when you do see a 10th, you can say he or she earned it.

 

Just reached 10 last night, that was a hard 75 kills to get while ejecting from my Titan. MVP was no sweat, and I love the Kraber Sniper so that 25 kills was a breeze. All in all Through all the regens, I've found that my style of play has changed dramatically,
for the better. I use guns/perks fit for the situation rather than just using my favorites. That and just having to use EVERY weapon in the game for an extended period of time, I now know what guns to use and which to avoid (smart pistol I'm looking at you)
and which guns dominate which maps, same goes for perks and loadouts. with the new added customization I now have a set class for each game mode/map and even loadouts for when my team is down and we need a quick comeback. I guess what I'm saying is I appreciate
the game more and have more fun playing now, something I never felt while I had to "prestige" my way through COD. To me in that game prestige is meaningless, you put your self at a disadvantage everytime you do it and you get nothing for it except a flashy
new title
