    Gems for gamerscore


    Hello,

    in the terms and conditions its written that we earn 2 gems for every 1000 gamerscore, on october 1 i was at 14700 during october i made it up to 15700 and actually i am at 15940 but didnt receive any gems for it only 2 for october survey and 2 for november
    survey, when are those gems normally credited after reaching the 1000 GS or at the end of the month ?

    We do not award Credits for Gamerscore. While we do award Gems for gamerscore, that feature was only created on October 1st. We cannot award gems for activity done before Gems existed.

    MyVIP Gems not being added for Gamerscore increase

    Hi,

    I've just had a look at MyVIP Gems statement and claimed some Gems for Gamerscore increases and I'm a bit confused how it works. Is there a set amount of Gems you receive for increasing your Gamerscore by 1000?

    Over the last 6 months my Gamerscore has increased by roughly 120,000 and I've received 3 deposits in that time. 2 in November (one for 24 Gems and one for 202 Gems) and one in April for 4 Gems.

    In between the November and April Deposits I know I have earned over 100,000 Gamerscore, but I only received 4 Gems? Am I missing something or have I not received the correct amount of Gems?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    We see that this is accurate. You have already been awarded for this activity, along with your survey, anniversary, and birthday gems. However, there was a delay on November survey gems, which is where this confusion may have been caused. Apologies for any

    Hello Chunkeh Munkeh,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that all gamerscore Gems were backdated to around when the Gem statement released. As you mention, if you have 230 Gems, that would be about 115,000 gamerscore increase.

    Unfortunately, we cannot award gems for activity done before we created the gems feature this month, so you would not get gems for previous gamerscore.

    Hello adam457,

    Unless another tier is added, since there will be no other tiers to unlock after Overlord, it will not be possible to get gems from tiers. However, there is a general gamerscore gem reward of 2 for every 1000 gamerscore that can continue to be completed.
