    Gemeralds Cash In


    Had an email from MS Rewards saying I have but a few days left to claim on my Gems, but everytime I try and do so it just hangs forever after entering the details requested, and then says “Please contact our support page” which leads to here.

    So here I am. Gemeralds Cash In :)

    I’m trying to cash in my VIP Gems (never understood them?) to get reward points which are the only thing worth anything on there to me. Says they are available, but won’t redeem.

    I understand rewards points are being removed as a function, but prior emails said the leftover points would be reverted to my Countries currency, so thats where I’m looking!

    Please advise.

    If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on 31 May 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
    Microsoft account by the end of June. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.
