Hallo,

Donderdag heb ik een giftcard gekocht. Nu wilde ik die code invoeren en toen bleek dat hij al gebruikt was. Verkoper beweert dat hij nog niet gebruikt was. Nu kan ik mijn geld terug krijgen door aan te tonen dat hij al gebruikt wwas. Waar kan ik de datum
en tijd van activatie bekijken voor een code? De klantenservice (chat) kon mij er niet echt mee helpen.

There's no way to see the time or activation online but Xbox Customer Support should've been able to help you. If chat support could not help you, then see if you can request a callback with phone support. Unfortunately we don't have any tools here on the
forums we can use to help you with your request.
