    Gears wont start xbox one


    I have the hard copy of gears and when i try to play it, it goes to a black screen or the loading screen then kicks me back to the main menu. I have done all of the 20 steps to fix this and none of them have worked. it is like this with other games too but
    not all. I have done the factory reset multiple times and contacted support multiple times and no one has been able to fix this for me. please help i just want to play my games without my xbox messing up.

    campaign wont start

    i AM connected to xbox live, but gears of war wont let me start single player campaign mode saying quote "ERROR failed to create game. A connection to Xbox Live could not be established. Please check your connection and try again.

    Please help? any one else having this issue?

    Xbox one wont start

    Yesterday I tried to turn on my xbox one and nothing would happen. taping the power button did nothing and trying via remote and it wouldnt turn on the console. the cords are all plugged in and the power brick is giving off a yellow light. What can i do
    to fix this?

    the problem is not with starting. the app starts just fine. it just wont load my original xbox avatar

    Could you try unplugging the console completely and then re-attach all cables? Even unplugging the cable that goes from wall to power supply unit. Try a different wall socket too.

    I had this same problem on launch day, but after 20 minutes of pressing the power on button it sparked into life. Didn't have any problems until last Friday coming home after a couple of days away for Xmas. I had turned my xbox one off at the wall & tried
    to power on & it just wouldn't power on.

    Got an advanced replacement last week & it powered on fine. So you will need to get your xbox one replaced. I'm using the same power brick too, so it's an issue with the console powering on & not the power brick.
