gears tactics quit working

I don't have that issue. Have you tried updating your video card drivers and making sure your Windows is up to date?

The game works fine until Act 1 Chapter 6. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and started a new game, just in case, and it quits working at same spot.

I noticed the same thing for Valhalla. It's still working on other titles (Gears Tactics, Tell Me Why for instance).
