Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection for Xbox One Codes Not Received (Miss Bijoux)

Very sorry to hear about the frustration. Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes have been going out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4
store description for information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days as advertised
on the product page I linked.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)

I have decided to get a full refund for the Gears of War 4 purchase as it's false advertisement and didn't get any codes for the backwards compatible titles. Microsoft you need handle your advertisement better.

Lesson learnt = Digital gaming sucks. Better stick to disc.

You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

I've received 2/3 codes from the collection but still am missing gears of war 2

I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.

Although, I do have a new issue that had has arose. I continue to get errors while trying to redeem the codes I received for the pre-order of 'Gears 4'.
