Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Hey Xbox Team,

I issued a problem when i purchased GoW Ultimate Ed. first, the sales man told me at EB games that i should buy this game for my son and i due to us playing all the time together in split-screen coop. because we get 4 games for the price of one. he told
me that i will get a message from xbox with codes to download GoW 1-3 and also Judgment. well its been like 3 months and never received anything. so i called. and the gentlemen informed me that it wasn't the case. we had to have xbox live and play the game
for some month period of time where we would receive the game. the time has expired. I kind of feel tricked into buying this game where my intention was to get live and basically get GoW 1-3 from backward compatibility games you give out for free. he informed
me to give the forums a try to see what you as in the event guys or something like that, can do for us. I hope i'm not alone from getting tricked.

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

You would have to try contacting the retailer you purchased the game from to see if there is anything they can do since they gave you incorrect information. In order to qualify for those codes, you had to play the game by December 31, 2015.
