Gears of War Ultimate Edition redeem codes for GOW2, GOW3 & Judgement

Hi, I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition when it first came out & have only just tried to redeem my codes for playing GOW2, GOW3 & Judgement.

GOW2 & Judgement installed ok, but I only get an error code for GOW3, it won't install.

The error tells me to try again later but it has been the same for a few days, do I need a new code?

I purchased Gears of War (GOW) Ultimate Edition and GOW4 for Xbox One for download and received redeem codes for GOW1, and GOW2. Should I have also
received a redeem code for GOW3? If so, please send a redeem code for GOW3. Thanks!

I got my GOW ultimate edition 3 weeks ago installed and played the game and still haven't received my promotional codes for GOW1, GOW2, GOW3, and GOW: Judgement. Please help me with my gears nostalgia

 

What is the error message/error code you receive when you try redeeming the code? Does your account region match your physical location?

 

I am getting the same message for mg gears 1 and 3 codes. 2 and judgement went fine

 

Same questions for you then too. Usually the issues with download those games is a region issue. Not all of those games are region locked, so some may work while others don't. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location
and you have to live in a region where the games are available for download.

Sorry to hear about the code redemption trouble. By chance, have you tried redeeming here on Xbox.com rather than through your console to see if there's any change? If not, definitely give that a go. Keep us in the loop.
