Based on the description, you are having issue with the task bar that keeps on appearing even if you are playing the game in full screen. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. What is the version of Windows you are using? To check, press Windows key + R and type winver in run dialog box and hit enter.

2. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to help resolve the issue.

3. Have you tried hiding the task bar from your Windows settings and still having the same issue?

For the meantime, you can try updating Windows to the most current update. To do so. follow the steps below:

1. Make sure Windows is up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available
  

including optional updates for your device.

• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

2. Update your Windows and device drivers

> For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

It appears to be a conflict with Gears of War ultimate edition DLC.

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4

When did you purchase Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? To qualify for the Early Access period, you must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live on Xbox One or Windows 10 before 11pm PDT on April 11, 2016.
