Gears of War Ultimate Edition, never received promotion codes

I bought the physical copy of Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion where you would receive codes for the other gears of war games through a message if you played it online before dec 31st. I did, I have some achievements from dec 2, but I never
got the codes. I have an xbox live gold subscription as well. What's up?

Never received codes

I never received the codes for getting the other Gears games from getting the Ultimate Edition during that promotion...

Not recieved DLC codes for participating in promotion for over an year for gears of war UE

Hi,

I participated in the following promotion for GEARS OF WAR ULTIMATE EDITION,yet I never recieved my DLC codes for precious gears titles.

The details of this promotion

It has been over an year and I still haven't received any codes,I even bought the GEARS 4(physical copy) and didn't receive any codes of previous gears titles for that...please see to this issue

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

Gears of War: Judgment

*Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

Gears of war Ultimate Edition is just a remastered version of the first Gears of War game. There was a promotion to receive codes for the other Gears game is you purchased and played the game before December 31, 2015. In order to play the other games now,
you would need to purchase them.

If the codes came with the co sole, they would be in the box. Otherwise there was a promotion to receive codes for the previous games if you bought and played Gears of War Ultimate edition before December 31, 2016. Since you bought it after the promotion
ended, you would not be eligible.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
