We did not receive the code with our Gears of War Ultimate Edition. What are we suppose to do, so that I don't have to take the console back to the store?

I got a gears of war ultimate edition console, and was able to get gears 1 2 3 and ultimate but my code for 4 is now missing in my messages? Help

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
