Gears of war - Ultimate Edition download code won't work

I just recently bought the Gears of war ultimate edition Xbox One package. I tried several times to enter the redemption code for the game download with no luck. Every time it gives me an error message. I called Xbox support and they said the code was
valid but the token was not found (sorry I am paraphrasing). I was then instructed to post on this message board. Can anyone please help with this issue? I can provide the code from the game card if needed. Thanks!

Can't download gameplay

I was downloading gears of war ultimate edition from a code and my brother accidentally hit the cancel button and now it won't let me download it.

It tells me Sorry, you are not authorized to play the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Beta, even though I had to submit the code to download it.

So what you are saying is you purchased the gears of war ultimate edition for the xbox one. You already have the other gears of war games for the xbox 30, just not gears of War 2. Since you have played the ultimate edition, then you should receive a code
starting on or after the 1st December so you can download all the games in the series.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
