Gears of War Ultimate Edition Bundle Codes Not Working

I was referred here by a Tech Support Specialist. My codes for Gears of War (Ogirinal) and Gears of War 3 that were sent out in December will not redeem properly. Gears of War 2 and Gears of War: Judgement redeemed and downloaded just fine.

I need assistance with:

Gears of War (Error Code - 2fe7a645-0eb3-4137-87fd-715e8470d1df )

and

Gears of War 3 (Error Code - 559b5d58-4df2-464d-8c9f-d86cd5c9699d)

Codes fine but 1st edition keeps loading last editions gameplay

Bought the Xbox one gears of war ultimate edition bundle, received the codes which have worked fine, now have gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, gears of war judgement and gears of war ultimate edition.

Originally started playing the ultimate edition before receiving our codes.

Today have tried to play the first, 360 edition, of gears of war and the original menu etc for that game is loaded but when selecting to play campaign the gameplay for ultimate edition is loaded not the gameplay for the original version edition - can't work
out why it is doing this

 

Gears of Wars collections code missing

I have bough XBOX ONE Gears of Wars 2TB bundle and did not received Gears of Wars collections codes since I have activated Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition end November 2016.

 

When I had this issue I only contacted the support again to ask them if they can see it on my account. Your codes should be there

 

New codes won't work

Usually however the issue with gears 1 and 3 and not gears 2 and judgement it's because of the region mismatch

Does your account region Match your actual region or do you live in an xbox live region if.not that would be why

You must change your account region under my y account and change my region on this website and alsp.on the console

If you live in Germany Japan or China or non xbox live region you cannot.redeem thwm.nornwill new codes work

 

Gears 1 and 3 were region locked due to the international laws banning them in certain regions this however didn't apply to gears 2 and judgement which did receive ratings that were syllable in the regions

Ok, so I live in Italy, but I am an American. What do I need to do to be able to download? I can set it on my XBOX to Italy, but I just tried that and it wouldn't redeem. What else do I have to change, along with the settings on the actual XBOX to get the
codes to work?

 

So you must follow international laws

Either follow and migrate your account using the link provided not just on the console

Or if it is a temporary visit wait till you are back in the us

 

The reason whyn if you are only temporary visit region locked content don't transfer between regions that's why you should only use it if you are permanently thrre

 

Yeah I'm not permanently here, but I will be here for 3 more years.....

 

Write the code down or have family redeem it from inside the us

 

I'd have family do it
