Gears of War Ultimate Edition Bonus Xbox360 games

I purchased the game Dec 19 and played the game and got the congratulation for the bonus games.. and to date, i have not received it or its available to my xbox one.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

I Bought Gears of War ultimate edition and Rainbow Six Siege, but i did not received the bonus codes from xbox 360 games (Gears of War 1, 2, 3, 4 And Rainbow Six Vegas).

May someone help me with that???

I also purchased Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle in November 2015. I played Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox Live on 12/31/2015. To date, I have not received anything regarding the downloading of the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 collection
for my Xbox One. Customer support also told me to post on this forum to get the games.
