    Hello! If you're having difficulty with the tokens for the promotion with the Backwards compatible games. Please make a new post in this Support Forum

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    The Support Team there will be able to help with eligibility, error codes and accidentally deleted tokens. Please be sure and read the stickied information at the top of that forum for updates and please just make one post per person as each will now
    be a case by case basis. They are available Monday - Friday. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
