As I stated in your
last post, we determined you did not meet one of the following requirements:

• You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
  
• If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
  Live Countries page.
• If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth
  date on your account, head over to your Personal Info page on your account. Changing the birth date on your account using the site above does not change your Xbox Live account's
  birth date.

The only people who have the authority is the support forums we can't do anything about misleading information that phone support tells you

You don't seem to.understand how support works

Support forum agents are corporate xbox agents from.microsoft with direct access to the promotions teams which would be down the hall from.them

Phone support is third party vendors not corporate ms

That's what you aren't getting

Only this forum has access to.the promotions team

Which has final say on your case not support

They don't have the qualifying info

They assume based on what you tell them of your requirements

I live in Australia I am 22 my account has the correct information on it and I played the game before the cut off date. When I spoke to staff on the phone earlier In the year they assured me my codes were on the way. If this was false information that is
not my problem. Microsoft has promised me a product and I have not received it.
