GEARS OF WAR UE PROMO CODE PROBLEM

Hi, I have purchased and played the Gears of Wars UE edition to receive the Promo codes for the GOW 1, 2, 3 and Judgement. I have receive and redeemed succefully GOW 1, 2 and Judgement but im unable to redeem the GOW3 code that was sent. I get a message
saying "An unexpected error has ocurred. The error has been recorded and Microsoft will work to fix the issue. Please try again later." I have tried several time in the past month and it wont work.

To answer your query, the promo codes will be sent through Xbox Message Center. Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code.

GEARS OF WAR 4 CODE FOR GEARS OF WAR 2 NOT WORKING

Help what do I do? I got it from Gears of War 4 which came with the Trilogy and Judgement code for digital download but It either says Code not found or Promo not found whenever I try to redeem it, tried to redeem it from Xbox.com but same error, I also
change my computer region to US and it finally recognizes the code but it also gave me an error, something about Microsoft’s end. I redeemed the other Gears and no problem whatsoever it’s just t
