Gears of War - Redirected from Xbox Support

Hello!

I was recently sent over to this forum from a friendly member of the Xbox Support Staff, in which they had stated that this should be the proper place to resolve my missing games.

After purchasing Gear of War 4, I was reminded that I had never received an access code for the backwards compatible titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement to download for my Xbox One.

What is the best way to go about resolving this issue?

Gears of War 1,2,3 tokens not received

Hello, i bought my xbox one last year and played gears of war ultimate to be able to get the free copies of Gears 1,2,3 but so far i havent receive any token, on my library i just have Gears 1 as i think i bought it in the past. can anyone help? the support
from xbox redirected me here to create a new post. thanks!

When did you pre-order Gears of War 4? Pre-order incentives are typically sent 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. So, for instance, if you pre-ordered your game on October 1, 2016, you could expect your codes sometime between October 8-11, 2016.

I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.

Although, I do have a new issue that had has arose. I continue to get errors while trying to redeem the codes I received for the pre-order of 'Gears 4'.

As far as the code redemption issues you are now experiencing, are you getting an error code/message of any sort? Codes would look like XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. If you're getting anything of the sort, can you provide that to us please?
