Gears of War - redeemed code but no game

I have posted the redemption code for my Gears of War game and it shows in my account as redeemed - but it does not show up in my games or in the queue. I have worked with support to try and resolve but they sent me to you - help? How do I get my game?

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

Never got my gears 1-2-3 codes with Gears ultimate edition

Redeemed my code for gears of war ultimate edition and it downloaded the gears 4 but there was no sign of the past games. Whats up with that

I think I made a mistake after entering the code by exiting out - if there was a step after entering the code, I missed it. Help?

To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

the old redeem code that does not work is for gear of war 3 is [MOD REMOVED]

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

Hey rmxsantiago,

When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.
