A replacement code would not allow you to download the games since it is a region issue. Your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download region locked games.

xbox one there is no region lock that what i know then why i have this problem? and what the solution ?

Smwutches · Jul 11, 2016

Xbox One doesn't have region locks, but 360 games do so there will be games like this that you will have issues downloading unless your account region matches your physical location. You would need to migrate your region to Saudi Arabia.

For the best experience with xbox live your account region and actual region must match like swmutches said

I'm having the same problem, with gears of war and gears of war 3 too

PrinzCesar

Here are the same problems.

Only Gears of War 3 and Judgment is possible to activate.

Gears of War 1 and 2 not

SamuelQ

My new Gears of War have the same problem, but the Gears of War 2 and 3 also new work perfectly.

Hi RedPlayer, I found an old conversation here on the xbox forum, a user had the same problem as you, and it seems like this is a somewhat known problem. Unfortunately, apparently there are problems with the system link with gear of war judgments and combinations
of consoles other than "2 xbox 360", same problem with Gears of War 3, while with the Gears of War 1 it works without problems.

THIS is the link to the old discussion.

YES But and others games have save problems, Dirt 3 Single player/multi player,Gears of war 2 small frame drops on campain, trainig grounds, Gears of War: Judgment same problems as like gears of war 3, and Perfect Dark Zero big framerate issues on xbox
