gears of war download

hi.

I bought gears of war unlimited edition when I first bought an xbox one.

I was specifically interested in the free download of the entire gears of war series if I played online before the end od December (which I did albeit for only 2 hours, I'm afraid I cant remember the exact date.)

Unfortunately I have yet to receive the tokens that allow said downloads and I'm hoping you can check my eligibility and send me the download code if I'm entitled to it.

I definitely had an xbox gold live account active at the time, if I remember rightly it was played towards the end of the promotional offer expiry date if that's of any use.

(I've been referred here from Microsoft xbox live chat and have been told to mention that?)

Any idea how to edit it to remove the details?

Unfortunately, only the official support can edit the post and remove that information. Anyway, there's always a next time. So please do avoid putting any vital information unless asked by one of our official support. And usually, they will ask you to send
