    Hello! if you never applied the codes and doesn´t appears where XBF Brad A mentioned, let us know, also we recomend to check on the codes, because usually it has an expiration day, if it is the case and you just purchased the console, inform us to offer
    you th best possible solutions.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on downloading of games. To do this you will go to my games and apps>then go down to full library>then all owned games. The games will show here, any games that are not installed will
    have a blue arrow in bottom right corner.
