Gears of war collection promotion problems

so i played gears of war UE on my console before december 31st and i still havn't gotten my game codes codes for the promotion yet. Can anybody help?

I didnt recieve any microsoft message about the Fan Appreciation Gift Promotion, and the gears of war collection promotion. (I own All gears of war games)

Nvidia promo - 360 Gears Collection

I bought Gears of War 4 through the Nvidia promotion.

Do I still qualify for the free Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection?

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.

If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
Live Countries page.

If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth
date on your account, head over to your Personal Info page on your account. Changing the birth date on your account using the site above does not change your

Unfortunately the promotion for the Gears of War collection has ended. If you did not receive Gears of War 2 during that promotion during this time due to being in Germany, we are unable to provide you with another code as the game was not available during

It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."
