Gears of war collection not received from digital copy

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

I have also not received my gears of war collection and I pre-ordered the game from the Microsoft Xbox One Store Digitally.

this is where I ready about the backwards Gears games. Would explain why I got Gears 3 as I never owned a digital copy on 360 only Arcade store games. But doesn't explain why I have not received the others so clearly issues with xbox.

Sorry to hear about the internet woes. If your copy of Gears of War 4 is a disc copy, the codes for your legacy Gears of War collection should have been included in the game box. If you did not receive them, you will need to return to the retailer for further
assistance. If you redeemed a code for a digital copy of Gears of War 4, it had to be redeemed by December 31, 2016. For future reference, codes can be redeemed via Xbox.com and the Xbox app on smartphones as well as through a console.

There isn't an option to own two digital copies of a game on one account. If you received a disc version of Gears of War 4, you should be able to purchase a digital copy of it.
