    Gears of war collection - did not receive codes or downloads


    Hello,

    I purchased the 2tb Xbox one S limited edition Gears of War console, installed GoW 4 and played the game while signed in to Xbox live. I have not received the codes for the other four gears of war games from the gears of war collection or any notification
    in the Xbox live message system.

    Codes are sent out within 30 days, if you just recently started playing the game, please make sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages. If you don't receive your codes within 30 days, please let us know.

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

    To clarify, did you not receive a code for Gears of War 4 with your Xbox One? If the code was not included in the box, then I am afraid we do not have a replacement to offer. You'll need to reach out to the retailer for an exchange or replacement. If you're
    referring to the Gears of War collection, you'll need to wait 30 days from the day you started playing Gears of War 4.
