I purchased Gears of war 4 from my console ...where the region is set to uk...and i recived the collection codes for us region.

I was instructed by Romnick B on the support.microsoft.com live chat to post here. I purchased my Xbox one Gears of War edition bundle console at Sams on 10/23/2016 and I haven't received my code for the gears of war collection, (Gears of War, Gears of
War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment)

I bought a Xbox One 1T with Gear Of Wars Ultimate Edition I already contacted Xbox One Customer Service and I still haven't got the code for gears of wars collection and I've purchased Gears of Wars console. Thi is my SR number:

The codes you received are not tied to a specific regions, and new codes won't get us further unfortunately. Could you post back the exact error code you received? You may be receiving this error if your account region isn't set to the region you're physically
located in. If that's the case, please be sure to follow the steps on our
Xbox Live Migration page to move your account to the proper region.

The codes themselves are not region locked, but the games are. As Mister Beep said, if your account region does not match your physical location, you will have issues redeeming the codes.

 

Hey there Mogo,

Which country are you physically located in and which region is your account set to currently? Those need to match and you'll need to be in a supported Xbox Live region in order for these codes to work. You can see the list of supported Xbox Live Countries
