Gears of War collection codes still not received

im majorly confused, second time posting this. this time in discussion rather than support. first time posted i wrote:

"So I've bought the LE console which included the GoW4 ultimate edition code over a month ago. Activated the code and played the game like a madman.. noticed that over a month has gone by and i haven't gotten any of the codes sent to me as part of the promotion.
Contacted support and after giving me a service number, they asked of me to click onto the link they've provided - to open a post and indicate i am not receiving yet the promotion on my live messenger. So team Xbox, any help here guys? Just a little worried
as we're headed to the end of the year where the promotion will end."

and i was met with a response from a Miss Bijoux saying:

"Hey there!

I sent you a message over Xbox Live.

Enjoy! "

i didnt receive any message what so ever (checked xbox, xbox app pc, xbox mobile app) on top of that the post has been locked so i cannot reply or edit, i can only send a message to the person who responded. i am totally confused... was that person part
of the xbox live support team? if so what message? i didnt get anything, also why was the post locked?

ive checked and i have met all the requirements. way over the required age, played and finished campaign over 30 days ago and played online for some solid hours worth just to be safe, have xbox gold and am in Australia where the promotion is running. whats
going on?

Must install and play GoW4 by 12/31

Must have Gold Live Subscription

That said. The codes are distributed in waves and can take up to 30 days before you receive them

someone, please help. im literally lost to whether this is going anywhere or not. btw i did send that person a message explaining i havent received anything from them.

forgot to mention, the person who responded.. there is a link saying "verify answer" underneath their post. do i click that or do i only click it when my query is resolved?

dude i have been sent from forum to forum too. im in a very similar situation as you. i called x box a few times already. this is so annoying. i dont understand why they dont just patch this and why they waste customers time by sending them from forum to
for to resolve this simple issue. just e mail the new code for crying out loud. this is getting ridiculous. and i have been told to come to sales and promotions forum. lets wait n see. grr .

 

I have also been waiting for my promotional codes.

 

Miss Bijoux is a member of support. If you did not receive a Live message, you'll need to post back in the support section of the forum explaining that you didn't receive the message so they can send you another one. She may not see a message you've sent
her.

Support typically locks threads after they have been answered because it's easier for them to see a new thread if you have another question.

It would help if you don't bump your thread this is only 2hourd old and xbox forums support hours is not till monday

They go by oldest to newest you are only moving it further down the list

 

I also have not received my codes. I was told by someone at the Microsoft store help line that I need to start playing GoW4 (which I have) and then I'd get the codes. Then I've heard from two other reps (one through Xbox chat) that they come in waves and
it may be a bit longer until I receive a message. And as I also didn't receive my $25 MS gift card that was part of the promotion, I'm not holding my breath.
