Gears of war collection code not sent

Discus and support Gears of war collection code not sent in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; i bought the gears of war 4 game at £25 and it says i am supposed to receive the entire collection but i still havent.     Gears of war collection code not sent


    i bought the gears of war 4 game at £25 and it says i am supposed to receive the entire collection but i still havent. I have trouble shot my xbox etc and im supposed to receive an email giving me codes but i havent received them

    I have both fallout 4 and gears of war ultimate edition and i haven't revived any of my codes for the games that are meant to come with them and here is my reference number 1315524361

    It looks like you just recently started playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition, which is required to qualify for the Gears of War: Xbox 360 collection codes.

    Since these codes will be sent in waves, go ahead and give it a couple weeks and then post a new thread in our
    Gears of War forum updating us whether or not you received your codes. For further information, check our Gears of

    It should take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If you don't receive them after that time, you'll want to post back here.

    Just to clarify, you get the Gears of War collection (1, 2, 3 and Judgement) with both the Standard or Ultimate edition of Gears of War 4. See here

    You'll receive your codes for the titles within 1 month via an Xbox Live message. Codes are being sent out in waves, so it's hard to estimate a more precise time-frame (though they have already started to be sent out).
