gears of war collection (1,2,3+judgment) missing codes

I have preordered the collector's edition of gears of war 4 (that comes with the console) and I got it the 8th of october (by gamestop). this bundle comes with the digital ultimate edition of the game. on the officiale websites (xbox, the coalition, gow4)
is written: For a limited time, all purchases of Gears of War 4 include the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 library for free.
for those who purchase digitally, your codes will be sent via Xbox Live message – we’ll be sharing more information on digital distribution closer to launch.

somebody told me that if you have bought the game by gamestop, they should give you the codes. today a friend of mine (that works for gamestop) and I have searched for 1 hour in the database. nothing about the collection there.

at this point, after 2 weeks (or something more) where are the codes?

I never recieved the code for play Gears of war saga and I have the gears of war ultimate, anyway I bought Gears of war 4 and its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.
