Gears of war - Cinematics Lag

Hello,

Contacted xbox one support and they forwarded me here as they ran out of ideas on how to cure my problem, I currently started playing campaign of Gears 4 but for some reason the cinematic of campaign keep freezing every 5 seconds which cause major problems
in keeping up with the story. Plus if the cinematic is long i'm stood watching a constant freezing for about 10 minutes.

Can someone help me out here...?

Lol. Gameplay would be nice even with the HUD. Would just add more to the evolution curve. If I had the equipment I would do it. IMHO Epic should do it but was kinda hoping some gearhead would come out of the closet and confess he was geek enough...

That's true, DogRox1 but that would still give a nice look on the evolution of characters, gears and guns. Not a full featured motion picture but something I would like to have and watch.

I don't see this issue with any other game apart from Gear of war 4. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice but I end up with the same issue.. (95 GB too.. takes literally a full day to download!), I downloaded the game digitally and yes I am an member
of the insider program.

 

Hey A Might Onion! Because you're a member of the Insider program, you will definitely want to report this issue through the console. Additionally, are you playing in 4K or HDR ? Post back and let us know!

Update:

I sent an error report to insider group with a recorded clip to the report, I also took the liberity of recording it to my community feed so if you would like to see what I mean then simply click my name and look at the recording. Its weird because the characters
and the voice freezes but behind the scenes all the stuff is still moving such as cranes etc. Hah.

 

Hey A Mighty Onion! Thanks for that clip! Most likely reporting the issue is going to be our best bet for resolution since you're an Insider member though you may want to try without HDR enabled to see if that might help as well. Thanks!

 

Its been 13 days since i reported the issue but I haven't herd anything back.... How do I even know its been worked on ?...
