Gears of War 5 - Sound Problems (spoken text is to quiet with a headset)

In Gears 5 I have the problem that the speech is too quiet via a 7.1 headset (Logitech G633). Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Or maybe even an idea how to correct that? Make the headset
louder and all other sounds low is not enough.

I found a solution.

Open %localappdata%\Gears5\Saved\Config\PC\GameUserSettings.ini and change sg.AudioQuality from 3 to 0. Maybe 2 or 1.

A other problem is sometimes the Logitech Gaming Software.

I have it in video scenes, too. I wonder, if anyone else had this failure. It really seems like a channel failure in the german version. I will try the original later.

Im getting a weird sync issue. The voices dont match the character. Its like the timing is delayed. Its kind of distracting.

I had the same issue on the PC version of the game, I solved it by turning down the other volumes in game. Then after the recent update to the game, everything was fine and I was able to hear the spoken dialogue quite comfortably even with all the other
audio settings maxed out.

Is it still an issue if you turn the surround sound off?

It seems to be a problem with the channel control. However, I actually only have it at Gears 5, but nowhere else. The softer setting of the other tones does not help, as the speech is still too low
when I turn up the volume completely.
