Gears Of War 5 Horde

So every time I play horde (ON PC) to upgrade my perks I have to click on the letter "Y" but every time I try to nothing pops up. But it does work when I have to use my abilities (the letter Y)

I tried to change my key binds and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Is there a problem with your Y key on your keyboard that may cause it to be unresponsive?

No it works perfectly fine. When I type it works, to activate my ability its the letter "Y" as well, and It works when I use them. But when it comes to upgrading perks the screen wont pop up.

Gears 2's version lasted a good two years. Hell you could still find Horde games when GOW3 came out.
