Gears of War 4 Xbox One S 2TB Bundle Unable to Redeem Gears of War 1 and 3

I purchased the Xbox One S Gears of War 2TB bundled with Gears of War 4 Ultimate digital download code while at home in USA. The Gears of War 4 digital code was redeemed and downloaded in USA around September 2016. I left October 2016 USA to work in Germany.
I had to contact the Microsoft Chat Technician in my current location Germany to receive my Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement codes. In Germany, Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgement were successfully redeemed through my Xbox One S console with language
and region set to United States, my home. I cannot redeem Gear of War 1 and 3 even though with the same console and country (Germany) where Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgement was redeemed.

When attempting to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3 I receive various errors:

On microsoft.com//redeem and Windows 10 app Xbox

I have done troubleshooting with various Chat Technicians and was unsuccessful with the following:

Changed console regions USA to Canada restart the console to USA restart the console and attempt to redeem the code.

Changed console regions USA to Germany restart the console to USA restart the console and attempt to redeem the code.

Tried to redeem the codes on Xbox One, microsoft.com//redeem and Windows 10 app Xbox after 24 hours and again after 48 hours due to servers having issues.

Utilization of another's Xbox 360 console, log on with my account for code redemption was not attempted because my friends nor I have a Xbox 360 console.

I have also been told the codes are only redeemable through a Xbox 360 console.

To the gaming Gods, if you can answer my prayers I would be deeply appreciate it.

Would like to talk to someone about the gow 4 ultimate edition xbox 1s bundle

i bought the gears of war 4 xbox 1 s ultimate edition 2tb bundle about a month ago and i have yet to get the first 3 gears of war games and i would like to know why and get those games

 

Cannot redeem Gears of War 1 and 3 that came free with Gears of War 4 on XBOX One

I bought a copy of Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One a while back. It came with free downloads of Gears of War 1-3 and Gears of War Judgement. I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgment but am unable to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3. And with 3, it says
the code has already been used but it does not appear in my library, whereas with 1, I am simply unable to redeem it. Please help.

 

Hey Sky -

So couple things to note here. First, the codes are NOT "Xbox 360 only" codes so don't worry about that. Next, the Gears of War codes are notoriously picky when it comes to redemption and your accounts must all be lined up properly in order for them to work.
That means that you'll have to
migrate your Xbox Live account from US to match your current physical location - Germany.

Give that a go and try redeeming your codes again. Let us know how it goes!
