Gears of War 4 with previous games

Sites say when you buy / pre order you get gears of war 4 ( on release ofcourse ) and gears of war 1 , 2 , 3 and judgement .

Now my question is when i pre order it on the xbox store will i get gears of war 1-3 and judgement on the release of 4 or just when i complete the payment for gears of war 4 ?

Xbox one Gears of War Custom edition - Doesn't have previous game versions

I 'm kind of disapointed because I just bought the Xbox One Gears of War 4 custom edition (yes, the red one) and the Gears of War 4 game code doesn't have the previous games editions (Gears 1,2 and 3).

Come on, I really like Gears of War and I was expecting it. I could buy just the Gears 4 with previous versions, but no, I bought the Xone gears 4 version.

I thought that I would get all versions, like when you buy the Gears of War 4 game.

How about now ? I'll have to buy the previous versions too ?

It sucks!

I have never received code for Gears of Wars

I bought Gears of War 4 but I never received the codes for the previous Gears of War games.

I would say after the release of 4 but I don't know 100%

It's most likely going to be once your payment is completecomplete and you have the game tied to your account. Either by playing it by disc or digital copy. Codes will be sent out in waves similar to how it was when you played Gears Ultimate or like the
Gears 4 beta.

you will recieve a code for each game within 10 days as its a pre order i assume theyll be sent out when gears 4 releases

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.

the tokens for downloading the previous Gears of War games are being sent through in waves through the xbox live in-dash messaging system. they should reach you within a month of when you purchased Gears of War 4. please see microsoft.com/store/p/Gears-of-War-4/9NBLGGH4PBBM
