    I pre ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition and was supposed to receive the entire Xbox 360 Collection via codes on my messages through Xbox live. I have not recieved them and when I contacted customer support, they sent me to this link. My gamer tag is
    . This seems like an uneccasarrily long and drawn out way to support a consumers issue, but I hope to hear from someone soon

    Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

    I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)
