Gears of war 4 ultimate edition promotion entire gears of war collection

Ive bought the gears of war 4 Xbox console which came with gears of war 4 ultimate edition where there's a promotion where you get the entire gears of war collection for Xbox 360 to play on Xbox one thing is it's been nearly 2 weeks since release and I've
still not received my gears of war collection I've even asked Xbox support and they have linked me to this forum there's two other friends that still haven't received theyre codes games etc anybody have any information on this thanks

Gears of war ultimate edition didn't get codes

Missing Gears of War Ultimate codes for previous games.

I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 digitally though the Xbox Live store on 10/9/16. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 10/13/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
again on 10/15/16 and was told to "Wait 7-10 days." I am contacting again now because I either want a refund or I want the Gears of War collection that I could have gotten on day one if I had of just bought a physical copy of the game from any local retailer.

 

I am also having the same problem with both codes not working and it's getting to a point where I want a refund of this code and be able to get a disc instead of having to wait for support to try and figure out the problem

 

I just got informed by Xbox Support that the codes generally get handed out 7-10 days from first play date on gears 4

 

I suggest making a new thread as our issue is that we have not received codes at all, not that they don't work

 

exactly this. they refused my refund, I'll never buy direct from Microsoft again. it's a total scam.

 

I am also having the same problem with Gear of war 1 and 3 codes not working. I came in contact with the support of Microsoft, and they spoke to write in this forum, so....
