Gears of War 4 ultimate edition message codes

I pre-ordered the Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition. When I got the messages I saw the codes. The codes for Gears of war 1 and 2 where the same and gears of war 3 and judgement where the same. It's says I redeemed all the codes but I'm getting a error when
I try to check if all the codes actually where redeemed. Can a Microsoft support person go into my account and see if I have all 4 games. If I don't can you help me out?

It depends what the errors was

Match your account region to your actual region China and Japan are excluded

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Codes for Gears of War 4 were never sent out. If you own Gears of War Ultimate Edition you'll have access to the beta once it begins in Spring. So long as you're signed into your account and play Gears of War Ultimate Edition before March 1st you'll have
access.

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4
