Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition GoW 1-3 codes still possible to use?

Sorry I was mistaken if it’s factory sealed then you’re good to go with it. No issues. I was thinking about an expiration date that’s why, and if it doesn’t say date like that then they’re active.

Is there any writings anywhere that can confirm this? That would really suck, why would they expire when the game is still availible in their online shop

As written above, the game is new, factorysealed and unopened..

I did call the support, and the supporter "Minty" informed me that the keys in this version have NO expiration date, and the games are available in the online store so its not like they are delisted of anything. Yeah the X360 place is shutdown, but according to the support these keys are for the "xbox one marketplace".

So she told me that I could open my game and just enter the keys.. which I did.. and of course the codes did NOT work. The games are available in the shop, but the keys are not accepted. Tried both on the webpage and in the console menu as per her instruction.. nothing worked.

I scanned the codes and uploaded them to the staff, and after she confirmed that the codes were indeed still valid, and were never used, she told me that she would escalate this up in the support chain to find me a solution, since she was the one telling me its OK to open the seal, the codes will most definitely work..

I waited a couple of weeks, heard nothing... sent a email to the address given when I had to post the scans... no response..

Called again some week later, and this time talked to "Alexander", who at first could not find the scans, but later confirmed that he found them and re-read the history.. he also told me that he would check what they could do about this, and that he would get back to me shortly... the codes should work..

of course, he haven't called me back either... so yeah.. that's the support I have gotten.

But the codes are still valid, there are no expiration dates on them, and the games are not delisted as some ppl above says, they are still available to buy 10€ each in the shop.. GoW 1-3 at least..

So don't open it, just save yourself the time, just resell it to someone who collects unopened games
